1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services, facilities, website (www.deskparkoman.com), and membership offerings provided by Desk Park Oman (“Desk Park,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing our premises, website, or subscribing to any membership plan, you (“Member,” “Client,” or “User”) agree to comply with these Terms.

 

2. Services

Desk Park provides flexible workspace solutions including but not limited to:

• Coworking desks

• Private offices

• Meeting rooms

• Virtual office services

• Event spaces

• Business support services

• Specialty in-house café access

• High-speed internet

• Printing and office amenities

All services are subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.

3. Membership & Bookings
3.1 Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements under Omani law.

3.2 Membership Plans

Desk Park offers:

• Hourly packages

• Daily passes

• Weekly memberships

• Monthly memberships

• Custom corporate packages

Membership benefits are non-transferable unless otherwise approved in writing.

 

3.3 Payment Terms

All fees must be paid in advance.

Prices are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR).

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

Desk Park reserves the right to revise pricing with prior notice.

 

4. Use of Premises

Members agree to:

Use the premises for lawful business purposes only.

Maintain professional conduct at all times.

Respect other members' privacy and workspace.

Comply with health, safety, and security regulations.

 

The following are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activities

Disruptive behavior

Unauthorized subleasing

Storage of hazardous materials

Misuse of internet services

Desk Park reserves the right to remove any individual violating these terms without refund.

 

5. Access & Security

Access credentials (cards, codes, keys) must not be shared.

Members are responsible for safeguarding their belongings.

Desk Park is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

 

6. Internet Usage

Members may access high-speed internet subject to fair usage policy.

Prohibited activities include:

Downloading illegal materials

Cybersecurity breaches

Activities causing network disruption

We reserve the right to monitor network usage for security compliance.

 

7. Meeting Rooms & Event Spaces

Bookings must be made in advance.

Cancellations must be made within the designated timeframe.

Damage to equipment or facilities will be charged to the responsible member.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, designs, and website content remain the intellectual property of Desk Park Oman and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

9. Liability & Indemnity

Desk Park shall not be liable for:

Business losses

Data loss

Indirect or consequential damages

Service interruptions beyond reasonable control

Members agree to indemnify Desk Park against claims arising from misuse of services.

 

10. Termination

Desk Park reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership for:

Non-payment

Breach of Terms

Misconduct

Legal violations

Members may cancel according to their membership agreement terms.

 

11. Amendments

Desk Park may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muscat, Oman.
